On Day One of the African Civil Conference on the Africa Mining Vision underway, Dr.Oliver Maponga of the UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) presents the Africa Mining Vision. In this second part of the same presentation, Dr.Maponga reveals the UNECA-hosted Africa Minerals Development Centre will be operational by first quarter of 2013, and the business plan will be ready by mid-July 2012.
